BBQ Boneless Thighs

Oh man oh man..... I made a whole barrel full of BBQ Boneless Chicken Thighs on my UDS tonight..... and they were SO good.
My phone was in the house charging.... so no pics.... but I just wanted to say that I can't believe how great the food keeps coming out of this UDS.

I also smoked a Salmon Filet tonight right in the middle of the grate.... pulled it off way before the chicken and put some Foil underneath it.... a little garlic salt.... it was AMAZING!
My Niece actually threatened her boyfriends life when he went for his 2nd helping of the salmon! LOL
She said it was HER salmon!

Hey, you need to add a category for fish... I plan on trying tuna steaks and shark filets within the next two weeks.

Mako is the bomb. Ive never had fish taste so good. I have a friend that we go offshore alot with and weve caught a few. If you ever get a chance to get fresh Mako.....get it.
