86 gal pressure tank build

Post by brandenpro » November 10th, 2013, 1:07 am

Image

Fresh coat of high temp paint.

I have smoked about 8 times. Been very happy with it. Over rubbed some ribs once, rushed a butt another time, and did a brisket hunk that wasn't a good quality piece of meat. Every time I followed the "rules" the food was fantastic.

It looks gray in the picture. Is that the final color or is that a primer coat?

It darkend back up. It sprayed on black then went grey then went back to a light black.

Its just rustoleam from Lowes flat black I think. As long as its protected from rust I'm good.
