CRS I have a 4 inch output squirrel-cage blower out of a Jenn-Aire range that used to be in my kitchen. Just stop by my place and pick it up. Or not.
If you could get your hands on one of those from an appliance repair place I bet you could aim that into the draft (or tape up some flex duct to get you by) from the outside and learn a lot before you put any real time or money into the design….

Shoot all you need is an electric leaf blower and a teenager...... Or maybe an extrension cord run inside the house. Watch the temp on your remote meter and if it drops too low, crank up till it's warmed back up. This is a cool thread though, it's giving me good ideas, none of which my lovely wife will appreciate....

The Monster: 60 Gal Compressor tank RF Offset Smoker. It's big, it's ugly and it has golf cart tires...
OK.....The results are in.......Fired up the cooker this morning when it was 5 degrees with no power draft. To my surprise, my cooker ran awesome all day without using the power draft. The bottom like is there is no need for a power draft. I plan on doing another test when the temp gets down to -20. It will be interesting to see if my cooker can maintain temp without a power draft.
That's not too far off the same months here on the plains ….
