You can re-heat in the oven no problem. Let the ribs thaw out in the frig a few days then transfer to a pan I use a shallow roaster that has a rack. Pour in 1/4 cup of liquid I do apple juice or cola, seldom just water. Tightly seal with aluminum foil. Set oven to 300 and run for 1 hour. Usually you can start to smell the ribs after 45 minutes which is a good sign that they are almost ready.Puff wrote: Actually, I didn't know that you would freeze them..when you re-heat them, is it just in the oven?
I also vacuum seal all my food. I just throw whatever is vacuum sealed right in a pot of water and bring it to a boil. Let it boil for a few minutes, and pull the bag out of the water. Cut it open and serve. Nice and hot and doesn't lose its moisture or tenderness.Puff wrote:..when you re-heat them, is it just in the oven?
