Beef from discada

Post by nacbowie » December 8th, 2013, 5:12 pm

Been home bound due to ice storm. Still working in the new and improved and much larger discada but fired up the old one yesterday for a fajita/chili Colorado hybrid. Served with wife-made mex rice, refried beans, salsa, and sour cream. Nothing like tortillas heated on the disc.

BBQ is just smoke and beers!
Usually more beers than smoke.

Thanks for comments. I like to document decent looking plates. I'll try for some purebred fajitas when I get the new discada done. Guess ill post a pic of the progress in the discada forum.
