i am not a fan of foil and BOIL .

if ya cant cook a brisket without foil give up your man card.

Yep my opinion. I've done enough comps to know foil can be your friend. It's either foil for get the big DQ

The only time I Foil Brisket or Boston Butts are when resting.

Ribs I still do the 3-2-1 foil on 2.
