i am not a fan of foil and BOIL . :BDHorse: if ya cant cook a brisket without foil give up your man card.

I can, but it would take 4 or 5 more hours. I'm basically lazy.... And hungry!

I just foil brisket once I pull them.


BBQ is just smoke and beers!
Usually more beers than smoke.

There is nothing wrong the the Texas crutch if you are running into time constraints.

Yep my opinion. I've done enough comps to know foil can be your friend. It's either foil for get the big DQ

The only time I Foil Brisket or Boston Butts are when resting.

Ribs I still do the 3-2-1 foil on 2.
