Greetings from Downunder

Post by trekinaway » January 6th, 2014, 6:15 am

I everyone and thanks for all the advice and encouragement I have received already. I am in Australia in the state of Victoria In a town called Leopold (just outside Geelong). Down here BBQing is big but what we call BBQ you would call grilling. My son and I put together some beer keg rotisseries for him and his mates and that got me thinking about real BBQ! I have got some plans and have started the build and a thread under smoker design - reverse flow.
Hope to chat with you all into the future and I would love any suggestions or criticisms (constructive or otherwise!!! ;-))
