Spatchcocked Chicken

Post by Big T » January 19th, 2014, 8:14 pm

I threw the old yard bird on the RF for about 2 hours @ 275 and then cranked it up to 350 for about 30 minutes to crisp the skin. The skin on the breast wasn't real crispy but I think it was because I put some butter under the skin. I didn't get any complaints and its all gone so I guess it wasn't too bad.

Thanks fellas, Puff it's hard not to have a good time down here. It's mid January, 70 degrees, short pants and flip-flops weather. B-)
