All ready to light for a test burn last night. Went really well. had a digital on both ends of the lower grate that ran 4 to 6 degrees apart and once briefly at 18 degrees apart right after the door had been opened. REALLY happy with that. "T"- gauge even stayed right with them the whole time. Only ran about 3 hours but long enough to cook 3 speeds of brats - DANG nice cajan brat Pesh brought - Orvis is now a cooker!

O:-)

A couple pics showing the wood shelving sawsalot came up with. 5/4 treated decking drop-offs he had from reflooring his deck - looks great against the flat black cooker

I thought it needed a plaque to make it official…

Thanks RevMike! :D

Pesh just finished painting him at home and getting him situated into his new digs ….
Apparently Orvis's stack (accidentally) cleared the garage door jamb by 1 inch! It unplugs anyway but now it's a little more convenient….. :points:

You'll have to ask Sawsalot - he's next in the "Que" to get a new cooker….. :D

Gizmo, you're going to have to start handing out numbers like in a deli. Me first, of course!
