Looking good!

BBQ is just smoke and beers!
Usually more beers than smoke.

Got a little done today. I cut the tank from the trailer and made patches for the bung holes and list of grinding. Not as much as I wanted to get done but better than nothing.

Warming cabinet.

If anyone sees this that know of a link on the metal latches I could use it. I don't even know what to call them. I know this might be against the rules to speak of lang cookers, but I have seen them on there, but can't put my finger on exactly how to make the. Has a piece oh metal on a bolt that swivels around then goes into a latch.

I think most guys here get 1/2" rod and use a torch and vise to bend it. From there just weld washers inside and out and weld a tab on the inside end to latch.

I'm going to use these on my CC door. I'll grind a flat side to the inner washer and use that to latch to the angled piece. For a FB door you may need those wire handles that'll slip over the 1/2" rod to keep from needing gloves.

Thanks Pete, that's one thing I don't have and will not use is a torch. When I was younger i almost blew up using a torch. Scared to death of them. I figured it out though. I am going to make one out of flat stock on a bolt welded to the door the it goes into another piece with a notch making a latch.

I made some racks for the WC. Should have cut the corners at 45's but I was being lazy and now I have to cut some small pieces and fill the holes. That's what being lazy gets me...more work.

Need some help guys. I am really struggling to figure how I am going to build this rig. I have so many ideas but I am having trouble putting them together smoothly.
My cook chamber is 55"x30"w. The warmer is 30wx22dx30t and fire box is 22dx22tx30w. This will go on a trailer. I also want a charcoal cooker for 150 hamburgers. And of course a disco and wood basked. Does all of that sound good on 1 trailer? I have q 3500# axel that would work. Should I put a cooker in each Side and make a 6ft trailer.
