Has anyone got any suggestions for temperature gauges? My thought was to use one on each door roughly centered, then look at using a prob set up to monitor the meat temp.
Check out our brother site (sister sounds girly) bbqsmokersupply.com. There you will find Smoker Builder thermos you could center in each door. Then there's always the Maverick 732.

Thanks for that. At least I know I made a supported choice Shortly after i posted that question I discovered the "brother" site and ordered myself two of those units. Time to research the Mavrick 732....
