Picked up a short 100 go lp tank and I'm thinking about a chicken cooker with a rotating tray . any ideas on layout

yep three or four shelves on an axle inside just like the big commercial rigs its a short 120 gal lp tank . just running this up the flag pole hope it makes sense maybe to small to do it

Kicked this around myself... Here's my idea (mechanical engineer, so beware) what if we do a pipe inside of a pipe design that the rotisserie revolves around? 1/4 inch pipe replaces the baffle plate and the smoke comes out the end and travels back to the reverse flow located chimney. Equal heat on all sides, no grease in the fire, damper in the heating pipe to help regulate temp...

I've considered doing a rotisserie on this smoker, but I think the diameter would be too small.
