Nothing compares to the flavor of a RF stick burner. So many people run Blue Gag (bag) in these things and the meat always has that nasty Kingsford taste. Keep in mind this is my personal option. If it were me, I would find a good coal that doesn't have the nasty taste.

Oh...that's a good thing to take note of. Easy to forget that the smoke of ANYTHING we burn will provide flavor ...good or bad

Yep! I'm addicted. What's crazier, I ain't eatin' nothing...I'm just burning wood and charcoal and watching the thermometer...

It's 6:12pm and it's still running 241 degrees. Cool at night all you can see is the Orange glow from the 2" nipple
