Burning a little 7018 ..... this one is just a flashback pic of my build.

And this is the biggest mistake made on my entire build. Should have never extended the tail end. Would have been way better going out the front.

Most likely you will be all right.

The main reason I did it to mine was the fact that I get in and out of the trailer at the house with no jacks down, And I didnt like it when I could feel the thing twist while getting in and out.

I seldom use jacks when I set up.

I was actually loaded heavy on one side when I built mine as well.

And if you see it trying to twist down the road it is always easy to add later.

Alright i really appreciate the input. I already plan on adding some gussets to help strengthen the trailer a bit but ill keep an eye on it when i road test it.

Hey guys im wanting to finish up the baffle plate but i dont know how much area to leave open on the end for the smoke to come up. I think i remember reading that it needs to be the same area as the opening from firebox to cook chamber but i could be wrong. Thanks for any input.

The only vision my wife has about my cookers is that one day they will leave.

I got the slide out racks done this weekend, made the cap for the smoke stack and cut out the holes on top of the 150 gallon and patched those up.

Thanks for the compliments.
I was able to do some smoking on the smaller smoker i have. I smoked a ham and a jalapeno bacon brisket and they both turned out pretty good. I know if there's no pictures it didn't happen so here you go.
