Ok, lets initiate this new forum thread with some smoked delicacies.... Thats A Salmon Filet and two trout.
My wife made marinated shrimp with creole sauce.
Everything tasted great!
My sister in law, who hates any kind of fish other than fried... Absolutely went crazy for the trout!
Smoked fish! Theres just nothin else like it!
