Opening the cities first smoke house, planning o build a 500 gallon reverse smoker, materials and labor no problem, but no one has ever build one this size here before will need a lot of help

I have found a tank it is 120cm long,and 105cm in diameter.that is that is 3.9 feet long and diameter is 3.4 feet. That is the size of 1 tank i want to put 2 tanks together. I have the guys that can do the welding and cutting but never have build a reverse smoker so I need plans. It hard for me to call the Us from jakarta do these guys have Skype?
