Great feedback! I'm sure I'll rarely fill even 1 or 2 racks, but I'd rather have the racks made and the supports put in now. Don't have to use them, but easier than adding later if I decide to do a big cook. There's something empowering about knowing I could fit 3 racks of ribs and cook an insane amount of I ever needed.Rodcrafter wrote:It is hard for me to imagine 3 racks in a 20" CC but hey maybe.
