Hey everyone, Just putting it out there, I'm starting commercial sales on my pork and chicken rub within the next 2 weeks. keep your eye out for pricing, I should be getting that up in about the next week. I've had a lot of good feedback from several credible people and so it's on with the next step, wish me luck and I hope to have some information out very soon, thanks.
A little about me, I am a Le Cordon Bleu Chef and have been in the food service industry for over 10 years. Any questions about food I will answer to the best of my knowledge.

Just thought I would renew this older thread. Dink just sent me his pork/chicken rub. Tried it on a butt this week. Outstanding! Thanks for putting out a great product, Dink!

I finally had a chance to try the pork/chicken rub on a chicken breast tonight...WOW!!! Good stuff - thanks for sending some my way!!!
