So many talented people with great projects, builds, and ideas here.

I have been thinking about building a Reverse flow stick burner for awhile. So I will probably be lurking and enjoying the builds on here for a little while. Currently just trying to collect material and deciding exactly what I want to build.

All my outdoor cooks have been on my UDS, Kamado and an ole Webber kettle....

Thank you all for sharing your knowledge, experiences, thoughts and opinions...this is a fantastic site!!

Welcome Doog!!! I
I don't think you can find a better group of fellas! I've said it before on here and I will say it again this was exactly what I've been looking for! I've wanted to build my own pit for years. I've always felt there was some science behind it but most builders keep those secrets to themselves. This group of fellas have helped me tremendously! I hope to one day get to share an adult beverage and/or some Q with em! Just a good group!
I'm still working on completing my first build but I've learned a lot in a short time on here about building a pit/cooker. I try to help pay it forward! Not sure how I missed your post. The first thing I really noticed about this group was the WELCOMING! That said a lot to me. Once you learn what "btu" stands for you are on your way!
Welcome again!
