Heres the sign after laser cutting. Had the T look like a syringe, as he has injected my bad back thousands of times. Thanks to him, my 2 blown discs give me very little trouble..

He graduated from Univ. of Ga as pharmacist before becoming a doc. Loves UGA, so had to make it a dawg cooker...

Heres a dawg i freehanded with the plasma.. harder than i thought it would be. Made it at the last minute. I also cut 8 Ga G's out of stainless and welded them to grate on the charcoal side to brand his meat but forgot to take the pic....

Strap is holding down door on the gasket..just put it on and had to deliver the smoker

Turned out ok i guess for my first smoker and first trailer from scratch. Pulled nice and straight. Wish I would've had more time to do a few more things but just run out of time. From blast to powder coat to finish i pulled off in 4 days as his surgery was approaching. He didn't get to use it before surgery in August, but he's slowly healing and I hope he can use it soon..Thanks for the help guys..it tested out perfectly.

Sweet looking little rig...hopefully the guy will let you know how it cooks! And have them take pictures otherwise it never happened

Just do a little once in a while and it will get there. Building these rascals are a lot of work for sure. But well worth the trouble. Go for it!
