Hello From Amarillo

Post by YTQBBQINC » December 14th, 2015, 8:25 am

Hello, New to the forum and am currently building my first smoker. Going to be a 6' long 40" diameter half 5 rack rotisserie half three pullout shelf smoker. Hoping to have it competed this winter so I can mount it to the comp. trailer I'm also building.

Does sound great. Would like to see the 5 rack rotisserie as well ... You'll have some room 40" deep.

Make no mistake, there ain't no powder in this Puff ! And... I'm not really a crazy person but I play one in real life

I tried adding some pics but it was saying the pic was too big. Whats the file size requirements on uploads? Right now its just the cook chamber fire box but I do have a pic of the mocked carousel that I'll be using.
