All you guys are awesome, you're like a bunch of friends I just haven't gotten to see yet but known for ever.

I didn't get a pic of it on the smoker but the family loved it.

Puff- just marking the date! Can't get rid of me that easy...planning to hammer out the trailer very soon!!!!
RC- I plan to cook something New Years. My mom cooks for our get to together at her house. Then my mom#2 (stepmom 30+yrs) prepares everything for our get together with them.

OK Forty, I kinda figured that. Can't believe how fast time flies. A few years ago I was 30 and enjoying ALL the perks that went with it. Here it is what seems like 10 years later and I'm 60! Geesum Crow as they said in Vermont...what the heck happened?
Must be the new math? ( that comment alone dates me)

RC, my wife asked me what is on the opposite side of the mashed potatoes ...3rd tray, left side.

Puff that is a pile of rice and beans, a local Hispanic favorite that one of the guests brought. I made everything else.
