here's a way to vote....
Tapatalk users will need to hit the 3 dots at the top left of this page and hit open in web browser to vote... you can do it! trust me!!!

For those like me who are not up to date with computer usage (and never will be) could someone explain what this tapatalk is, why it is better than a web browser, how to get it and how to use it?

I currently use google Crome on an iPad.
