Big Pappa's Beast-Massive Offset Reverse Flow Trailer rig

Here are a few photos of my first "professional" smoker. Enjoy :beer:

Main cook chamber. Racks designed to hold up to 200 POUNDS of meat each!

High and Low pressure burners added for heating water and cooking sides.

Huge counterweight with approximately 120 POUNDS of re-bar...reduces door weight to about 60 pounds

Front profile...everything is centered nicely and makes for an easy tow :)

Massive fire box on the bottom...huge independently controlled warming/cook box
