Cool stuff dude, I'm starting to see a theme with your handles & locks, have you got a financial interest in an axe factory? Hahaha. =)) :kewl:

I wish lol. Just like the look its unique and being in the adirondack mountains and having loggers in the family i pay tribute to them. Planning on seasoning it this week even tho the builds not done. Were going to do a 50lb mini pig and a few other treats to break her in right. When it happens pics will be taken and shared for your viewing pleasures.

So after mounting the burners i realized them to be a little tall so i cut them off and took the legs off them to flush mount them to the trailer. The whole deck of trailer is now covered in #9 expanded. Once the santa maria grill is finished and mounted ill throw up some new pics. Plan on seasoning the cc in the next day or so. Looking forward to burning a pig next Saturday

First burn on the trailer build today. 60 lb pig 12lbs pork tenderloins 2 racks ribs 5 lbs hot sausage links in the cc. 13 lb turkey in the fryer. Couldn't be happier on how well it cooked and how great the food was pictures to follow as usual. You guys here gave solid advice on building and cooking and attribute this party's success on all that so my hats off to you. Thanks.
