Are you supplying just the hog or all the fixins as well?

If it's tourist season, how come I can't shoot 'em?

I have access to hogs thru a local supplier. I was thinking they buy the pig ill cook it. Limiting my responsability just dont know what a fair price would be. Or at least a ball park figure to work from.

I made a little cheat sheet that works for most stuff. I buy the stuff and this is what I charge. If I take my rig it is another $100.00 and $25.00 per hour on site. Image

There is an estimated weight to the right of each item. I don't do whole hogs. I don't even like the idea.

Looks like I'm selling my self short. I need to run numbers like you did.
Just how much portion per person did you figure on each meat ??

This has changed a lot since then. It is based on 1/3# per person. I charge by the item now just 100.00 for brisket and 65 for butt and 30 for sides and so on.

Rodcrafter so that price is per pice of meat and per side... So if I'm cooking 5 brisket... 500
10 butt... 350...and so on
