Really nice fabbin skills. Looks like you've done this a time or two... .Are there plans for that beast drawn up on the website?..BTW a restaurant wants me to make'm a smoker half the size of the 500 I just did.. So Ill be hitting you guys up again here real soon for some plans..We'll see what they want, go from there..

I would suggest a GF for a restaurant because it doesn't require someone feeding it every hour

Truthfully though, I think that was a pocket post, lol. I started to write a post & then I had to do something & forgot to lock my phone before I put it in my pocket, pretty sure it won't be the last time I do it either! =))

So we are gonna have him done in time for the gathering!
Tom and I burned a lot of hours this last weekend getting him close to completion and I'll finish today!
Gonna do the christening at the gathering on Friday.... I can't wait!
