I think as you have welded in all the back bits you might struggle a bit to get your chute/firebox/transfer tube assembly in easily.
But I'm sure you'll work that one through. Look forward to further build pics.

Oh. And has anyone purchased the "kit" from bbq smoker supply with the lavalock gasket the slam latch and the thermometer and hinges? Besides the stuff in the kit anything else i should need besides casters??
I don't see a problem with it I haven't skinned mine but you can just weld the outside of the door curbs and grind the weld down flat so the door seals. It probably would be easier and would cover the gap if there is any around the chute and ash box.
