Smoker Clones are your own version of a commercially available Smoker. Examples are Stumps, Jambo, Backwoods, or any other you want to try to copy.

We all rave about how easy these things are to use and for the most part they are, but they have their own little quirks about them. To me that's half the fun of using these things, I try to keep a log and include things like outdoor temperature, over cast or sunny etc.

Ran all night at 275 with humphrys and the digiq so think im in business! The smoker is out getting hand painted pin striping now and that should be done. For a while. Haha

Thanks for all the comments guys. Its been a fun build. Got my first comp with it next weekend. Hopefully hurricane irma doesnt make it a miserable weekend for us up here in Delaware. Then another comp the next weekend maybe. Still havent decided (or asked permission from the boss lady lol).

Well didn't do super great this weekend but all the scores were super close and had some stiff competition with some big local names. But still had a blast and learned a few things. Like drinking until 2 am makrs getting up at 6 to start my pork really hard. Lol. Only 3 judges pet table and the boxes were pretty small. Thats why only 3 pieces of chicken. Those were the best ones i had
