Labor Day Labors of Love

Post by whtsmoke » September 3rd, 2017, 4:07 pm

I know I don't get on here much but i have learned so much here and want to thank everyone, so today i decided that since i have smoked chicken, pork butt, pork shoulder, hamburgers, franks, it was about time for a brisket. Went to the store and they had some brisket flats that were trimmed and they were around 15 to 20 dollars, so i dint think that would be bad if i messed up, since there is only two of us they were big enough. I must say that along with the brisket I smoked some more beans and both were outrageous, I only sliced half for dinner and we pigged out on it. I know it didn't happen without a picture so here it is.

A team is not a group of people who work together.
A team is a group of people who trust each other!
