Hello,
Have spend quite some time on this forum but have not posted before.
I'm Stijn from the Netherlands and I'm planning to build a smoker. (Franklin style) the gathering of the materials took some time but it's finally completed. (propane tank, sheet metal, trailer etc) and i'm going to start very soon.
I have got some questions but I will post them in the applicable sub-folder.
