Torch gas question

Hello Forum,
I need to heat and bend multiple pieces of 3/8ths round stock for a handle.
What can I use to do this without buying an oxygen acetylene torch with tanks?

Is it even do-able with something else?

I don't typically heat small stuff like that up to bend it. It depends on how much of a bend needed I suppose.

A good stout bench vice/vise (US) and a longish bit of pipe over the round stock and you can bend all day. Don't fret about getting the bent pieces exactly the same before or during bending, you can cut to size after bending.

I used a standard torch to bend 1/2" stainless rod for handles.
