New guy from Tennessee

Been working on a smoker build for about a month.not finished yet but was able to do the first cook on it a little over a week ago. It worked surprisingly good got lucky I guess.

Thanks, been smoking for several years on pellet,charcoal,and electric always wanted to build a stick burner. I just wished I didn’t wait so long my welding eyes aren’t what they used to be so forgive me for the ugly welds.

I still have a long way to be finished. I plan on having a stainless countertop from the FB to the back of the trailer with sink and a couple of burners and wood box up front and obviously a floor.
