BP is typically at top of FB.

I’d say the firebox is a bit big...shoot for about 110% as too big is just as bad as too small.

The grease dam going into the firebox is not needed in a reverse flo. It won’t hurt anything but isn’t really necessary. You will add a small lip to the end of the baffle plate so drippings will never get to the bottom of the chamber.

I make mine like the bottom picture . Either way will work but I wouldn’t tuck the FB too far under the CC or you’ll have a hot spot on that end.

So this is my new measurements , I'll be using 1/4 in plate for the whole job and 5 inch pipe for the stack , should I go bigger for the bp ?

I like the plan you have, as far as the stack placement either work fine. If I use the top picture type I put it to the rear as much as I can so I don't get drippings on my food. This also allows room for an WC above the FB. As for the BP I done this a few different ways, I like the most current way I do it now. That is I put a shadow plate at the top of the FB as if it were going to be an BP but only go about 12" into the CC then put the BP about an inch above that it helps with the hot spot coming right out the throat.

Should my baffle plate gap be the same square inch as my throat or height length ?

Full weld - you don't want any grease leaking through gaps on the stitch weld and getting to your firebox.
