New Project 36"

Post by Hogpit » March 12th, 2018, 5:29 am

Hello All
I thought this build would be of interest to some even though it is a large diameter cook chamber and not what the average builder would look at. There will be some design changes that i have not seen or tried before which will be fun, hopefully during the build i can get some feed back from the more experienced pit builders here.
Those who have replied to my recent posts would already know of my rough plans with this smoker, it is only 1/3 the size that the customer is after but this will be a test run and something i can sell down the track.

I build smokers for a living so this could take a little time to mature but here is some pics of the cook chamber compared to my standard 20" x 31" Squealer model.

That’s big enough for a roto. Should be fun.

Making memories!
