just pulled this out,its been in for 10 hrs ,8# flat cut.....rubbed it with honey mustard and rudy's rub....looks golden color,strange,if i use yellow mustard its dark....must be lots-o-chemicals in it.
got this on the net for $96 which i didnt think was too bad,its 25 foot 150amp made in USA with REAL rubber hose.
got a foot pedal new on the net also for $159 made in OHIO with a 1 year warranty and its NICE!!!
this is a pre-seasoned oven ready roaster in an oven bag....i know its not gonna get smoke being in the bag but i gotta try it,second shelf is honey mustard marinated pork loins and some sweet sausage.
next time im gonna try one of them roasters and cut the bag off it....im experienced cookin chicken in the smoker,but this bag had alot of seasonings in it that i wanted to try to keep in there...if its nothing special i'll cook without the bag next time,or just go back to plain ol chicken.
