vertical water smoker

hey, i'm in sw texas. del rio to be exact. im looking for ideas to build an insulated vertical rotisserie rf water smoker. any n all ideas appreciated. i currently cook in a LONGHORN/LYFTYME pit (the label burned off already) n I cant remember which one it is. These smokers were built in Uvalde,Tx.

I'm looking forward to watching this one come together - Never had a rotissserie before or seen one built... :D


And on the eighth day God created barbecue …. because he DOES love us and he wants us to be happy. :D

Sounds like you want a cabinet build like a backwoods or a pitmaker Vault. Nice pits! Not too hard to build, just a box in a box with a BP inside the CC that runs vertical. Have you seen any of these pits in person?
