You are gonna need a very very very very big firebox!!!!!! Wow!!! and some cows, and some hogs and some chickens and some goats and some Turkeys and some HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.... But it can be done, and a farm that has lots of timber
I've never made one this size, but if I did I would use gas burners under the tuning plates and a small fire box on both ends to add smoke to the cc above the plates with vent stacks in the center. I could then control the heat with the 160,000 BTU burners scattered throughout and add smoke as I wish.

Current Smokers: Backyard RF Offset and Hybrid RF Offset trailer rig with Cowboy cooker and fish fryer, always room for more........
I seriously think Rodcrafter is onto something there ... LPG would save you a ton of other headaches .... then add smoke as needed....
And on the eighth day God created barbecue …. because he DOES love us and he wants us to be happy.
Current smokers: Egor (trailered RF) and Easybake (tabletop pellet drive)
Of all the folks on this site I am one of the few non-builders but man can I envision stuff. What if you take the 19 foot smoke chamber and attach 3 120's underneath so that they are each somewhat responsible for a 6 foot section of cooking area. Go ahead and solid partition the 6 foot sections with their own doors drains and chimneys. Now you can fire up the individual 6 foot smokers and maintain as much working surface as you need. You could even baffle the dividers so that if wanted you could allow air and heat to flow between the sections to give more uniform heat. There is my idea but I am looking forward to seeing whatever you come up with.
If it can't be smoked .... try frying it. It that don't work, it's probably best just left alone
I'm Doing something similar to Solo's suggestion. I have pieces of 2-500 gallon tanks, welded together. With a solid divider. Each side is 5 ft. ONe half willbe tuning plates and the other will be a rotsserie.
As TQ said firbox size will be a B*&$. Using two individual firboxes, helps me alot.
BBQ is just smoke and beers!
Usually more beers than smoke.
