Hello smoker builders! Its nice to see my fellow Americans keeping this tradition alive! I'm a welders son, a free lance metal artist and general fabricator out in Mesa, AZ.
I have the pleasure of building a few smokers in my career and each one left me wanting to make another. I'm currently working on a fire box for a personal build and with many components coming up I'm sure this site will get some traffic from yours truly.

I just picked up this tank and I'm looking into putting it on a 20' flatbed trailer with a prep/ serve room. The tank is 355 Gal and I'm looking for builds and set up options. Can anyone share a thread?
