what's smokin this weekend?
anyone doin any smokin this weekend? i think i'm gonna take the baby RF to the shop and do a couple MODs to her and while i'm there I'll smoke somethin on it, prolly some brats or sumthin small. we need some food pics!

Doing a 14 pound brisket today on Edna while I'm heating up Edgar for the first time - we'll see...

Tomorrow as mentioned earlier smoking a turkey I will put some pics up. It will get boned out and frozen. I am under the gun building a truck rack for an oilfield supply company so my wife will be tending to the turkey for the most part.

One bird for a co-worker.
Injected with Cajun injectors creole butter and Natures own seasoning. I used the WSM with R/O charcoal and Oak chunks.
Basting about half way in.
After resting and ready to carve tag&bag.
