Labor Day weekend smoke

Post by Sfwchef » September 4th, 2017, 6:15 pm

Pig was good.... still looks to me like he's smiling!! Hahah. It was a learning experience and some things I'd do different. The brisket, ribs and chicken however were perfect. Invited the neighbors for a block party As a thank you for putting up with me while the fabrication was going on. 2 months of grinding banging and such.

Looks good, and the pig does look like it is grinning a bit...

Learning generally boils down to "Repetition or the avoidance of pain", some people learn by doing, some by watching and some just have to pee on the electric fence.

Whether you think that you can, or that you can't, you are usually right. Henry Ford

I bow down to you, it looks delicious and yes the pig is smiling because he is enjoying the smoke bath he's getting.
