Good morning all,
My name is Scott, my wife and I move here last year after I retired from 26 years in the Navy. I’m currently in welding school in Nashville, and am chomping at the bit to build a smoker. I’ll be asking asking tons of questions and planning a new build. Talk to y’all soon!

Better to be chompin' on something that comes out of your smoker. 
Whereabouts in TN? Whole lotta years ago, I had some outstanding pulled pork about an hour west of Nashville (down there for a few weeks for work.)
