Hi, from Upstate NY.

Hi,
Been lurking a while as my dream smoker is a gravity fed one. I have a few bought smokers at the house; Vision Grill, Brinkman stick burner, WSM 18”, Akorn Jr. (last two are in the camper) and combo gas charcoal grill. Most bases covered but not the gravity fed.

I have a machine designer friend who offered to make the drawings for a Gravity fed smoker. We drew them up and I am having another one man shop friend build it for me. Is this something I can post in the build section, seeing as I am not physically building it myself. I plan on going to help if he lets me.

Cannot wait.

Everything gets approved as long as it’s in good taste and relevant. Well, it doesn’t really even need to be relevant. So, what I’m trying to say is, as long as it tastes good it will be approved.

I’m so confused.

Welcome to the board and we look forward to seeing what you come up with.

But you had at me good taste.
