Paint suppliers

Post by jsbm » July 20th, 2022, 8:38 am

I’m finally at the end of my gf build. I’m having a hard time finding a gloss red paint in quarts only spray cans. I also would like recommendations on a good primer. Any input would be appreciated.
Thanks

Colored paints in a high temp formulation are hard to find so good luck. Many of the high temp paints also require a bake cycle to properly cure which makes it difficult to do at home. If you are able to find something, best bet is to use the primer that that recommend.

We have had a few builds use the cerekote lately with good results. They have an air-dry series in high temp but it is mostly dark colores.
