Hooray! those pics look great ...
So are you catering, competing - sorry if I missed the thread but it looks like you could be doing anything you want with those rigs!
And on the eighth day God created barbecue …. because he DOES love us and he wants us to be happy.
Current smokers: Egor (trailered RF) and Easybake (tabletop pellet drive)
No Rick I am not catering at this time I just love to cook. April 27 of last year Tuscaloosa Alabama was devasted by a F-4 Tornado I wish I had my cooker thenbI would have loved to cook for all of the relief workers and homeless people. I know plenty of people who would have donated to the cause. I get extreme satisfaction out of helping my fellow man. I would one day like to get my cooker, either this one or build another one and get it health department compliant. I really built it to loan out and use to cook for good causes. I keep telling the guys at work to borrow it anytime they want and they can even use my welding rig to pull it because it has a 300am pipeline pro miller on it with all of the power you would need to run anything. That offer extends to any of you guys too. I am not just beating my gums come and get it!!!! As far as competing manbI did not realize it was so restricting. I thought It was who stuff tasted the best not how it looked.
Yall dont hammer me if you compete but man you can dress up a pig but it is still a pig. If I got with someone experienced in comps and they showed me the ropes all BS aside i might like it
You should check into OBR! it sounds like you would really like it! here is the link..... http://www.operationbbqrelief.org/
